Dr. Antoni Wichryk is a 1997 honors graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now part of Drexel University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993, graduating magna cum laude. In 2013, Dr. Wichryk became one of the first board-certified optometrists in Pennsylvania and has since gained specialized certifications in areas such as scleral lens fitting and corneal reshaping (orthokeratology).

Dr. Wichryk takes a comprehensive approach to eye care, recognizing the eye’s deep connection to the rest of the body. He believes that an eye exam should be truly comprehensive, with preventive health care as a key focus.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Wichryk enjoys sports, outdoor grilling, and spending quality time with his family.

Dr. Kristen Roseman has been practicing optometry for over 19 years. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University and earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2003, receiving honors in Professional Practice and Pediatrics. In 2004, she completed a residency in Low Vision Rehabilitation at the Feinbloom Center, where she was awarded the William Feinbloom Low Vision Award.

Dr. Roseman is proud to work in the same community she calls home and values the opportunity to build personal connections with her patients. She finds great fulfillment in offering compassionate care and being a trusted partner in their eye health.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Roseman enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves crafting, reading, and indulging in science fiction.

As the practice administrator, Geena manages the daily operations at Wichryk Eye. She takes on a variety of roles within the practice, including overseeing IT and ensuring office efficiency. Geena is also a board-certified optician with over 35 years of experience in the eye care industry. She holds a degree in ophthalmic science and has a background in design, which allows her to deliver exceptional vision, style, and comfort for her patients.

Outside of the office, Geena enjoys traveling, researching her family lineage, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their cat, Peanut.

Laura Wesolowski, board-certified optician, celebrates 40 years of experience in eye care. Laura is the managing optician for our optical. She specializes in personalizing the eyewear fitting process to address each patient’s needs, both visually and cosmetically. She is a master at handling difficult adjustments and frame fittings. Laura looks to exceed your expectations with your eyewear and create a “wow” factor.

Frames are hand selected for each patient to complement both the optics of the lenses to be inserted, and the facial features of the patient. No more of the patient picking their own frame without the knowledge of what will work best for them.

​Laura has created her own patient following who seek out her expertise and she is highly respected in the eye care industry.

Leah has been a dedicated part of Wichryk Eye for 16 years. As the Office Manager, she’s your go-to gal for all things insurance – no question is too big or small for her to tackle! Leah’s goal? Keeping everything organized, running smoothly, and making sure the only thing blurry around here is the vision you’re getting corrected.

Outside of the office, Leah enjoys spoiling her grand kids. She hopes to reverse immigrate to Europe one day and live la dolce vita.

Kim joined the Wichryk Eye team in March 2016 as an optometric technician, seamlessly integrating into the practice and quickly transitioning to our Optical. Eager to expand her expertise, she completed online classes in opticianry to further her education. In 2023, Kim earned her board certification from the American Board of Opticianry. With her in-depth knowledge of frames, lenses and style, Kim ensures her patients not only see well but also look great! Kim enjoys working with children to help them select a pair of glasses they love, ensuring they’ll be excited to wear them.

Kim has been happily married to her husband Jim since 1995, and together, they have three adult children: Kayla, Austin, and Emily. Every day, her children continue to make her proud to be their mom.

Outside of the office, Kim loves going on road trips with Jim in their Jeep. She also cherishes relaxing weekends spent with family and their beloved pets—Bodhi, a yellow lab, and Charlie, a lively tuxedo cat.

Lisa came to our practice in 2015, and has been a familiar face in our office well before that. She has been a part of our community for 23 years. She loves seeing our regular patients throughout the years and is happy to meet new patients with a smiling face.

At checkout, Lisa will be there to guide you through your insurance benefits, order contacts, and will help you schedule future appointments or, if you need, to see a specialist.

Lisa loves visiting wineries with her fiancé Gene and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs Nova and Pippa. When relaxing she loves to read, cook, and watch TV.

Jess joined the staff at Wichryk Eye in October of 2015. With a career in healthcare that has spanned 25 years, Jess is a natural when it comes to patient care. She has worked with the elderly, dementia/Alzheimer patients and in urgent care and is grateful for the learning opportunities each position has offered her. Jess enjoys the satisfaction she feels when helping people, and strives to make a positive difference in the health and well being of our patients.

​ A dedicated parent to two active teenage boys, her life is filled with the excitement of their numerous sports activities. When Jess is not cheering them on from the sidelines, she enjoys embracing the great outdoors and has recently discovered a new passion for hiking.

With about 20 years of experience in medical insurance and billing and a decade of hands-on experience with face-to-face patient care, Nicole has developed an appreciation for each patient interaction. This foundation has been helpful with her dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Expanding her knowledge has been a cornerstone of her career, allowing Nicole to be flexible in her role here at Wichryk Eye Associates.

Nicole is a proud Mother of three daughters who keep her busy outside of the office. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen, trying new recipes, and cooking meals for family and friends. In addition to cooking and baking, Nicole enjoys reading. Getting lost in a good book is sometimes exactly what she needs to relax and refocus. Balancing family, sports, and personal interests, she continues to find joy in the everyday moments that keep life interesting and special.

With 24 years of experience in the healthcare field, Micalann has dedicated much of her life to making a positive impact on the lives of others. She joined Wichryk Eye in 2022 and seamlessly fit right in. As a nursing student, she is continuing to expand her knowledge and skills to further her knowledge in healthcare.

Outside of work, Micalann is passionate about travel and loves to explore new places. She also cherishes spending time with her 14 year old son, finding joy in their shared adventures. Micalann is driven by a desire to help others while balancing personal interests and family life.

Kateryna is our behind-the-scenes team member, providing administrative support, assisting optometric technicians, and managing social media interactions.

Kateryna is an avid reader and a World War II history enthusiast. She’s currently working on her own World War II fiction novel and enjoys spending time with her family and her kitty cat.

JoJo began her journey in cosmetology, where she found her passion for helping others feel their best and forming meaningful connections. As she transitioned into the eyecare field, she brought that same commitment to building personal relationships with every patient. JoJo takes pride in her ability to adapt and respond to any situation during pretesting, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each patient she works with.

Outside of her professional life, JoJo enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter, and their German Shepherd, Carley.

Dan joined our team in July 2021 as an optician. With his prior 15 years experience in the retail optical industry, we knew he would be an excellent fit. Dan specializes in our lens making process and eyewear customization to make sure your glasses are technically sound and everything you envisioned. When he’s not behind the scenes in the lab, Dan can be found assisting patients with fittings and frame selections. He takes pleasure in building personal connections with our patients, making certain you love the way you feel in our eyewear.

Dan has been married to his wife Melissa for 7 years and they have two children, Amelia and Maverick. In his free time, he enjoys adventuring with the kids, working on his truck and motorcycles and travelling with his family. He also plays percussion in an acoustic duo with his brother at local venues around the valley. Dan loves to stay up late and watch horror movies, especially around Halloween, which is also his birthday.

Anastasia joined Wichryk Eye through the Diversified Career Occupations (DCO) program at her high school and quickly became an integral part of the team. With her positive, kind, and bubbly personality, she helps set the welcoming tone for our office. Whether she’s assisting our patient care coordinators or organizing staff celebrations, Anastasia is always there with a smile to greet you.

In her free time, Anastasia enjoys singing along to Taylor Swift songs and planning her next outfit.
